Q:

Can I view GoGogh courses on Linux?

A:

GoGogh Course presentations will run on Linux, but users must first install Moonlight, the Linux version of Microsoft's Silverlight.

More information on Moonlight can be found here: http://www.mono-project.com/Moonlight

Q:

I can't get courses to play in IE8. Any tips?

A:

If you are using IE8 and you are not able to launch a course it will most likely be due to setting or plug-ins that aren't working. This is most often fixed by clicking tools, internet options, advanced, and reset. You will then need to close out of IE and reopen.

Q:

The radio isn't working. How do I get it to play sound?

A:

The GoGogh Radio works using Flash. Make sure your browser has a working Flash Plugin. You can download Flash for free from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
